Whispering Springs Wedding Photos

Becky and Shaun planned for a Toronto intimate wedding for the spring of 2020. Whilst the intimate part hasn’t changed much, it did get a LOT more intimate with just the two of them, the officiant, two witnesses and myself as the photographer. Covid has made this wedding season super colourful and people got to be really creative in handling events and celebrating life milestones! And it’s the same with Becky and Shaun. They’re still planning to celebrate with their family and friends next year but this is a surprise wedding for everyone! They told their family that they’re going for a few days of vacation, packed their bags, set up the wedding themselves, got married, enjoyed their honeymoon and posted on social media a few days later that they’ve gotten married! SURPRISE! I love this, through and through.
The sun was in and out the whole morning up until their ceremony. Then it stayed for the golden hour and for creating magic throughout our photo session. Becky and Shaun are truly blessed to have this beautiful day and to have each other for the rest of their lives.
It happened to be Becky’s birthday today and I loved that this post is up on her birthday (didn’t plan this at all! Facebook reminder just popped up this morning and I have been working on this post since last weekend). Happy birthday, Becky! Enjoy the sneak peeks!
