Toronto Wedding Photographer: Destination (Weddings) Wish List
I wrote this post and said that I had a wish list to blog. It’s not a simple wish list. Kevin and I want to travel the world and document stories along the way. We have written down steps of how to accomplish this and one of them is to book weddings outside of our beloved province, Ontario. I am not sure how you will react to the post and then this lovely husband and wife team whose blog I followed religiously, Justin and Mary, posted this at the end of last month. So, I am taking a chance and here is our list. Some are classy, some are exotic. Some are modern, some are traditional. We want to go and document your story there. Take us with you!
1. A cottage wedding. Okay, I cheated as this might end up somewhere in Ontario, but we’d love to document a celebration in a cottage!
2. Bali. We can’t overlook the beauty of where we came from.
3. France. Anywhere in France, take us there.
4. Mediterranean. We visited, fell in love and would love to come back!
5. Africa. Nigeria? Kenya? South Africa? They are only a few of countries that we have on our travel bucket. A wedding anywhere in this continent is going to be dear in our hearts.
6. Morocco. Do we have to explain more? We know it’ll be amazing.
7. Iceland. We have a dream of documenting here. Wedding and non-wedding as long as it’s in Iceland.
8. NYC. An elopement at the city hall would be grand! A real wedding would be such a joy!
9. Italy. Rome, Venice and Florence have stolen our hearts but we can assure you anywhere in Italy will be welcomed in this studio.
10. Australia. So many friends of ours are from here or spent few years here and we can’t wait to check it out ourselves!
11. Caribbean. Sunset in Caribbean, first dance under the stars, we sign up!
12. Hawaii. A tropical island wedding is never a typical wedding. Bring us along!
Did we miss anything? We would love to hear suggestions and update the list as the time goes. If you are planning a destination wedding, give us a shout. The places that we want to visit are not limited to the above. Or if you know anyone getting married in any of the above, we’d love to know and check off our checklist.

I loved this post!! Thought it was very interesting!! : ) One of my life long dreams was to one day walk behind a waterfall!! Probably comes from watching Robin Hood as a kid too much!! LOL Anyway I know there’s one in Iceland and I will SO….. be there someday! : )

This is a great idea!!!! Why not just put it out their and let potential clients know where you want to photograph. Might have to try this out myself.

The first step to accomplishing something is knowing you want it. It will happen for you, I’m sure!
Great list. I photographed one of my favourite weddings in Iceland and it’s an awesome place for a wedding. I can highly recommend India and Singapore for really unique weddings too!
