At the Recording Studio…

Last night, we did the final step of our behind the scene video: recording our voiceover. We had a script written before even filming the footage. Along the way, Ben and Amanda helped us shaped the script to flow better. And last night… We had it recorded. It wasn’t easy and it was weird to hear your voice. Over and over. We had to read one lines for 5-15 times. But Ben guided us to “give more energy into it” and to make it sounds natural along with the music. We are thankful for the experience. We had no idea how to do it and would never do it well without hiring these professionals. At the same time, we realized how awkward for our couples sometime, for doing something that they aren’t used to be doing. None of them are models. Having professionals shot their engagement session or wedding portrait is definitely a new experience for them to be in front of a camera and ‘pose’ or act natural. It was a great reminder that chatting with our couples and explaining what you are doing or what you are trying to get  are important. This experience led us to love our jobs even more. We were SO excited to hear the final voiceover last night. And we remember this excitement whenever we sent them their photos 🙂

We can’t wait for our screening. And to show you this video in the next few weeks!! Here are a few snaps we took with our iPhone.
