A Reflection

Today is one month and one day mark of working for myself. Maybe I should restate that, for Hello|Inspira. Full time. On the exact count of 6 days after arriving in Toronto, I had my office set up. We still had no mattress to sleep on but we had the office ready for me to pound on my keyboard and start listing whatever needed to be listed on the to-do-list. I have to be honest, one day is harder than the other. But most days, I am happy. I feel so blessed to multiply this gift. I worked with what I had and never once looked at the empty bedroom/living room/other people’s work and compared. I had always been bad in comparing myself with others. I called it a competitive nature. For the last one month and one day, daily, I reminded myself that I had enough and I needed to work with what I had. I worked for nine to eleven hours every day and I loved every single moment I was given to craft this gift. One day is tougher than the other. But I can proudly say it has been 31 days and is still going strong. It is all made possible through the love and support this guy gave me.
