Toronto Wedding Photographer Personal: Kitchen Renovation

We are thrilled to announce that our kitchen renovation is done! Back in January and February, we posted the renovation process on Instagram stories and every week now, we’ve had random people sending us messages asking for the updates! Thank you for your patience guys! We finally have some time to settle down after traveling for personal and destination weddings these last couple months.

We started the renovation at the end of January and planned for an eight days of renovation but it ended up being a few days extra as we decided on the herringbone kitchen floor. And when we first started planning the renovation, we thought we wouldn’t change the floor! So glad that we did!

We shopped for bar stools when we moved into the house in August and we couldn’t find the style we want within our budget (aka. all of the stools we wanted are $400-800 a piece and we wanted 3-4!). We ended up getting these black stools from Ikea as we saw how good they looked at Katelyn James’ kitchen 🙂

We also extended the kitchen island so it’d fit three chairs. We have some couples over and we’d love the options to choose to sit in the kitchen or the living area.
