Terrace Banquet Centre Wedding Photos
Clement and Shirley were sent to us through Renny and Clara whose wedding we shot at the end of last summer. These two even attended Renny and Clara’s wedding so when we Skyped them for our client meeting, we recognized their faces right away (when you edited wedding photos, you got familiar with guests faces 😉 ). We documented their Terrace Banquet Centre wedding photos last weekend and we cannot wait to share these sneak peeks with them!
Clem and Shirley met through a fellowship camping trip. Clement who sat on the passenger trip sang and danced on Bruno Mars’ while they sat through traffic. Shirley said she kept grinning the whole car ride and we can definitely see why!
Throughout their wedding day, Clement and Shirley were so calm and loving to each other and their families. It’s a testimony to how amazing these two are. Things did run late and we rushed on a few things but they remained calm. We got the most amazing pictures just documenting how they enjoyed the moments throughout the day. Clement and Shirley, thank you again for trusting us to document this day for you, we hope you enjoy your sneak peeks!
The day started with a door game and a tea ceremony at Shirley’s house.
We did a first look of Clement and Shirley at a nearby school ground. The rain held up for a few minutes and we were so thankful for this!
We headed out to Kortright Conservation Park and walked up the trail to get to the birch trees area. Shirley is an absolute beauty, we could photograph Clement and her all day long!
So fun fact, Shirley has a twin sister! (On her right) We both knew she has one. But the morning of, Jenn was startled when Sheryne (her twin sister) greeted her at their home. Jenn just met Shirley at the main floor, ready for her tea ceremony. And Sheryne was on the second floor, still about to change. She thought she had gone mad that day! 😀
We ventured out to the Coyote Alley in Kortright but due to so much rain that weekend and the mud, we couldn’t bring them to the area. So we headed out to their venue, Terrace Banquet Centre.
It touches our heart that they sang Good Good Father as one of their worship songs. In fact, we listened to this song over and over as we edited and wrote this post for them. 🙂 Such a great song!
Roy from Roy Pro MC is such a great master of ceremony. We have known him from his real estate background but he did such an amazing job leading the reception. The game he got the guests to play along were ones that we had never seen. He got the guests to laugh from his random but calculated remarks!
We love it when couples invited their guests to join the end of their first dance. Even the little ones joined their parents that night.
