Scarborough Bluffs Engagement Session
Grace and Matt chose the beautiful beach for their Scarborough Bluffs engagement session. The whole time there, we had such a great time having fun and acting goofy. We had been looking forward to their engagement session for a long time and glad that the weather worked out in May for them.
These two were a set up from their friends. It really got us when we heard that Grace’s first question about the set up was: How tall is he? When she heard 5’9”, she okayed it! 🙂 They are such tall couples, we had to tip toe to get some shots and we barely had to do that for the last nine years shooting weddings and real couples 🙂
When we asked about their first dates, they were so detailed in where they went. First date was at a cafe, second was at the ROM, third at Nuit Blanche, fourth at Snake and Lattes and fifth at McDonalds. When Matt proposed, he made a scrapbook of them and this sweet gesture just melted our hearts even more.
Thank you, Caitlin and Rebecca for sending these two our way. We can’t wait for their wedding in September. One thing that we asked from all of our couples is what is most important from their wedding day. Matt and Grace’s response is: The ceremony and saying the vows to one another. That is ultimately the whole wedding celebration is about, to be able to make that commitment of marriage.
