Mint Room Studios Wedding Photos
We had been waiting for this day forever. Last year, we sat down with Gina and Marc and they were so excited that their wedding would be a beautiful summer wedding. Fast forward to this year, their wedding plan had to change when the pandemic started and new government regulations kicked in for weddings and gatherings. Aside from their wedding, we planned on shooting their engagement and when things were not opening up in the spring… Gina and Marc made the best decision ever for rescheduling their engagement session to their original wedding date! Two weeks before that day, Gina called us and told us they would be getting married on their engagement day! We could not contain the excitement! And that day was perfect from the beginning to the end! These are Mint Room Studios wedding photos.
We had a short trail walk at the Evergreen Brickworks and headed out to Mint Studios for some photos. Gina’s mom and her best friend, Nat, set up for their wedding ceremony.
Slowly, Marlon, Gina and Marc’s friend showed up and set up for GoPro and Zoom meeting for the rest of the families. Followed by Marc’s parents and then the officiant. We didn’t realize how time flew and it was time for them to get married! Witnessed by their parents in person and the rest of family online, Gina and Marc tied the knot! We have been asked if weddings during the pandemic feel lonely or different or sad.. And they have not! We could hear the family cheering on Zoom, we could see tears being shed by the people who attended in person and online, and most importantly, nothing changes the love and the commitment these couples made to still getting married on their date. These are Mint Room Studios wedding photos.
Gina’s mom and Nat set up this beautiful ceremony site for them:
Gina walked in the room with Mariah Carey’s song on the background:
Thank God I found you
I was lost without you
My every wish and every dream
Somehow became reality
When you brought the sunlight
Completed my whole life
I’m overwhelmed with gratitude
‘Cause baby I’m so thankful I found you
And they swing into their happily ever after:
Just wanted to end this with a couple of favourite photos we took of them in Mint Room Studios before the ceremony started:
Much love,
Jenn and Kevin
