Lover of Simple Things

Lately, I have been restraining myself from buying things. Buying new cute tops/dresses, furniture, cute and small things. I bought a couple of lenses for this wedding season though (and groceries, of course), realizing that my equipment was not considered professional for weddings and events. But other than that, I am an inactive buyer.

And lately, I realize that I love simple things. The morning sun, the pretty flowers, the quick kiss between bride and groom when noone noticed, the pretty grandmother’s lock that the bride wore, the smile on toddlers’ faces when they saw the sweet corner… I have an unending list of this secret crush I had been having. I took pictures of those and they stay with me :).

Thus, lately, I have decided that I will be a lover of simple things. To begin my journey, here is an image of a red rose in Van Dusen Garden that I took last month… My simple thing that I love so much this month.
