Hotel Ocho Wedding Photos: Sharon + Derek

Sharon and Derek got married on what feels like the first summer of 2019. It has been a colder year in Toronto and the weather definitely skipped spring to summer right away. The sun shined the whole day for them and we got to capture their first look and some bridal portraits with Ollie Bear at University of Toronto. Their ceremony and reception took place in Hotel Ocho, downtown Toronto boutique hotel. Enjoy this Hotel Ocho wedding photos!

They chose soft blush for their wedding colour and it was perfectly displayed in all of their details.

They also chose to write each other a card and get these moments to be captured on camera. We love how sweet and intimate these moments are in the morning.

Sharon also wrote cards to her bridesmaids that brought them into tears and laughters.

Their first look took place at University of Toronto and it was just between the two of them. Their bridal party were tucked away in another corner. It was such a special time for them to spend just these first few minutes of this day together. Just the two of them.

And then Ollie Bear joined them! He had been walking for almost an hour on U of T ground and couldn’t wait any longer to see his mama especially!

We love this spot at the University because the door reminds us of one of our trips to England. We stayed at one of the townhouses in Kingston upon Thames area and this memory definitely makes the wedding portrait has some European flare to it 😉
