Evergreen Brick Works Summer Photos

We feel that we have known Velsie for forever. It’s the kind of friendship you don’t remember when it started. She reminded me that we met through a Christmas workshop Sarah from DeLight Floral + Design. Velsie created some beautiful calligraphy pieces, I photographed them and she sent me an email thanking for the photos (she is a kind person that way!). And we stayed friends through the years. I remember the morning she brought Kevin and I McDonald’s breakfast. We drove in the same car to a wedding venue for an editorial shoot and she said: I am four months pregnant guys! And that was already over three years ago! I am glad we stayed connected through the years through bubble tea visits, impromptu dimsums and Vietnamese foods. Because this summer, we got to photograph her big family. I thought this was the biggest I have ever done aside from weddings but Kevin reminded me there was an even bigger family in the past!
