Tim and Hoi Ling had their wedding in Hong Kong last November and we met them just five weeks shy from their Toronto celebration through Skype. Thank you, Sandy, for connecting us and making this coverage happened for them.

The whole time we communicated through emails, Tim mentioned how important it is to capture the family essence of this celebration. They made a second reception in Toronto because some of his family members could not make it to Hong Kong last year and he wanted to make sure they got to celebrate the marriage union of Hoi Ling and him regardless. We found that these two shared so many kindred spirits with us. Wanting to bless and wanting the best for our family and friends are always a priority.

Their day started in Tim’s grandma’s house for a tea ceremony for their close family members. We then continued for more at The Vaughan Estate that afternoon. To make the day even more exciting, Tim told us about his surprise to sing to Hoi Ling with the help of his uncle (on playing the piano). Not even half of the song, Hoi Ling, Tim’s grandma and us.. Were already tearing up from the words of the song. Tim chose “Beautiful in White” perfectly as a gift to Hoi Ling.
